Easy and Best Belgian waffles recipe

Recipe and ingredients:
Eggs – 2 pieces
Flour – 200 g
Milk – 150 ml
Sugar – 70 g (1tablespoon for cream)
Butter – 100 g
Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
Cream with fat content 33% – 150 ml

Method of preparation:
1. Fluff egg yolks with the sugar.
2. Add butter of room temperature and beat up well again.
3. Whip whites until stable peaks.
4. Sift flour into the egg and butter mixture. Add vanillin and baking powder. Mix everything.
5. Combine the whites with the yolk mixture carefully. Add milk. Mix well.
6. Put the batter into a waffle maker with the spoon and bake until golden brown. Waffles are ready.

Method of preparation:
Take out butter from refrigerator in advance so it would soften. Warm 50 ml of milk, put yeast into it, mix and leave the mixture for 10 – 15 minutes until foam appears. Dissolve salt and powdered sugar in the remaining 100 ml of milk, add eggs and beat up the mixture with a mixer or a whisk.
Knead flour and butter; pour in yeast brew and milk and egg mixture, mix carefully to avoid lumps. Chop lump sugar into small pieces; push it into the batter gently and mix. Cover the container with a towel and put into a warm place for 30 – 40 minutes.
Divide the batter into 12 – 14 balls, roll marbles between your palms. Grease a preheated waffle maker with vegetable oil. Lay each ball between hot surfaces and bake for 2 – 3 minutes. Serve Liege waffles warm or cold.

1 1/2 cups of flour
1/2 cups of sugar
1/2 teaspoons of vanilla
2 eggs
2 teaspoons of baking powder
100 g of chocolate
3/4 cups of milk
1/4 teaspoons of salt
Method of preparation:
Rub butter with sugar; add egg yolks one at a time and melted chocolate. Mix in a bowl flour and baking powder and add to chocolate mixture alternately with milk. Whip whites until soft peaks and push into the batter carefully. Bake in a waffle maker.
You can melt chocolate in milk in a microwave.
